Terms of service

By using Champion Gamers Society™ (championgamerssociety.com), you agree to these terms.

• What we are. Champion Gamers Society is an independent, fan-run media and community platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and related marks belong to their respective owners. Official trailers are embedded from Rockstar's YouTube channel under YouTube's embed terms. Character artwork on this site is original and AI-generated.
• Memberships. Paid tiers (Insider, VIP) are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with advance notice, never mid-cycle.
• Streams and VODs. Streams are broadcast on Twitch and embedded here. VOD access is a membership feature, not a download license. Community-submitted gameplay stays the property of whoever made it; by submitting, you give us permission to feature it with credit.
• The Vault. Cheat codes and map data are informational. Using cheats in online modes may violate the game's own terms; that's on you. We never sell in-game currency, exploits for online play, or anything pay-to-win.
• Community rules. No harassment, no spam, no NSFW content, no sharing others' personal information. First-pass moderation is automated; ambiguous cases go to human review.
• Age. GTA6 is an adult-rated game and this community is built accordingly. Paid tiers require you to be 18 or older, or the age of digital consent in your region with a guardian's permission. Moderation defaults assume minors may be present in free spaces.
• No guarantees about the game. Information about GTA6 reflects what Rockstar has publicly confirmed at the time of writing. It can change. Nothing here, including AI concierge answers, is a guarantee about software we don't control.
• Future features. The "server priority queue" reserved by the VIP tier depends on Rockstar shipping official mod or server support, which has not been announced. It's a queue reservation, not a promise the feature will exist.

Refund policy

• Subscriptions. Cancel anytime with one click; no retention flows. Cancel within 7 days of your first payment without meaningfully using paid features and email us for a full refund. Renewals aren't refundable, but access always runs to the end of the paid period.
• Storefront purchases. Digital products delivered instantly. If a product is broken, materially not as described, or bought twice by accident, we refund it within 14 days. "I finished reading it" is not a refund reason, and we both know it.
• Chargebacks. Email us first; a human resolves billing disputes faster than your bank does. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks lose access.

AI disclosure

This matters, so it gets its own section, plainly worded.

• Member interaction on Champion Gamers Society runs through AI agents: a concierge (questions and onboarding), a matchmaker (LFG), and a first-pass moderation system. When you talk to one, it is labeled as AI, and it will tell you it's an AI if you ask.
• The concierge answers from a curated knowledge base of confirmed information. It is instructed to say "not confirmed" rather than guess. It can still be wrong; its answers are informational, not guarantees.
• Automated moderation never acts alone on ambiguous cases. A human review queue sits behind the agents and handles escalations, abuse reports, and appeals on a regular schedule.
• Some content on this site (video narration, digest emails, the monthly VIP meta digest, and all character artwork) is AI-produced as part of our faceless format, and we don't hide that.
• Conversation logs with our agents are stored to improve answers and enforce community rules. We don't sell them.
